Create a series of enamel pins to increase opportunities for staff to interact meaningfully with guests to create loyalty

A custom “badge” program was developed to highlight staff expertise and encourage guest engagement. Pins were designed to identify team members with insider knowledge on trails, skiing, and local activities, allowing guests to easily connect with experts. Staff proudly wear these badges on their vests, sparking conversations and enhancing the guest experience.
